Fengzi Li is the Vice President at BNY, serving on the Enterprise Loans Enablement Platform. She holds the role of Senior Data Scientist within the Analytics & Transaction Processing group.

She specializes in developing cloud-based data products that deliver timely, accurate insights to end users and support data-driven decision-making. She leads several AI production projects and initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies such as Large Language Models and agentic frameworks. Her work is focused on enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring regulatory compliance through robust, accurate data solutions.

With over a decade of multidisciplinary experience in data science and engineering across the oil & gas and financial sectors, Fengzi brings a wealth of expertise to her current role. Prior to joining the Loans Enablement Platform, she was a data scientist at the APAC Innovation Center, where she drove AI innovation and prototyping efforts. She also led collaborative engagements in industry initiatives such as Project Veritas.

Fengzi’s contributions have earned her industry recognition, including being named a 2022 Rising Star in Women in Technology & Data by Waters Technology. She holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the National University of Singapore and a Ph.D. from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She also served as the lead for BNY’s Future Leaders Singapore Chapter community.

Gino was the Valedictorian of the NUS MSBA cohort AY2021/2022, and his academic background includes a Master of Science in Business Analytics from NUS, alongside prior leadership experience in the industry. Hans is a strategic Data Science leader with over 15 years of experience driving innovation in data science, business analytics and software development across retail banking, government, and research sectors. He specializes in transforming complex data into actionable strategic assets through artificial intelligence, advanced analytics and persuasive data storytelling, enabling insight-led decisions that unlock significant revenue and productivity growth.

Currently, he leads a high-performing team in developing innovative classical and generative AI solutions to solve critical business problems, enhance client personalization and optimize operations, all within a robust framework of responsible AI and model governance designed to meet stringent regulatory requirements.

Mandy brings over 15 years of experience in data analytics, spanning the banking, e-commerce, and hospitality sectors. She began her career in financial markets analytics at Credit Suisse, Barclays, and Standard Chartered, before taking on impactful roles at leading banks such as DBS and GXS Bank.

Throughout her career, Mandy has applied analytics to drive insights and innovation across marketing, operations, customer experience, and product development. She holds degrees in Economics and Computing, and is a proud alumna of the Master of Science in Business Analytics program. Passionate about translating data into meaningful, real-world impact, Mandy is also deeply committed to mentoring students, sharing career lessons and guiding them as they explore opportunities in Singapore’s dynamic analytics landscape.

In SGX Group, Stella spearheads strategic initiatives in Data and AI transformation. Her work includes rearchitecting data and machine learning platforms to cloud, enhancing agility in meeting business needs, improving operational efficiency and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

With over 15 years of experience at SGX, Stella has successfully led cross-functional teams and delivered mission-critical projects. Her portfolio includes design and deployment of complex integration platforms and production systems, reflecting her expertise in trading & derivatives clearing, data platform architecture, and data science. Her work demonstrates a strong command of both technology and data within the Financial Services Industry (FSI).

Stella is an alumna of NUS School of Computing, holding a Bachelor of Computing (Honours) and a Master’s in Business Analytics. A strong advocate for lifelong learning, she has represented NUS in international analytics competitions and actively mentors students. Passionate about giving back, Stella supports outreach programmes and looks forward to guiding MSBA students in building impactful careers in data and AI.

Tom is a personable and outgoing Chartered Accountant with over 18 years of experience in the Alternative Asset and Investor Servicing industry. He currently serves as Managing Director, Head of Business Development and Relationship Management, and Country Head for MUFG Investor Services in Singapore.

Over the past 17 years, Tom has held multiple leadership roles across various countries within MUFG, contributing to the firm’s global growth and client success.

Academically, Tom holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Queensland, as well as a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the National University of Singapore. His unique blend of financial expertise, strategic leadership, and data-driven insight makes him a valuable contributor to the evolving landscape of asset servicing.

With a career spanning accountancy, process re-engineering, and finance transformation, Warren brings a wealth of experience across industries including automotive, retail banking, and marketing before specialising in private banking. At Deutsche Bank, he oversees KYC platforms, business process optimisation, and strategic AI initiatives for the Emerging Markets region, driving innovation and efficiency across global operations.

A Chartered Management Accountant and certified in Scrum Product Ownership, IBM Data Science, and Google Data Engineering, Warren is passionate about building high-performing teams and shaping intelligent, practical data solutions through thoughtful product strategy and execution.
