Charlotte is a graduate of the Master of Science in Business Analytics program at the National University of Singapore. She began her career in asset management, where she developed a strong foundation in financial analysis and strategic thinking, before transitioning into the tech industry with Amazon Web Services, focusing on cloud solutions and data analytics. For the past five years, Charlotte has been with TikTok, where she currently leads the Global GenAI, Emerging Product, and Policy Data Science team within the Trust & Safety division. In this role, she drives the application of generative AI and emerging technologies to enhance platform safety, inform product development, and support global policy decisions. Charlotte is passionate about building responsible AI systems and fostering cross-functional collaboration to solve complex challenges at scale. Her work reflects a unique blend of technical expertise, business insight, and a commitment to ethical innovation.
