Adison is a Data Scientist at NHG Health specialising in applied AI and data science for healthcare, with expertise spanning computer vision, generative AI, AI evaluation and full-stack product development.
In his current role, he partners with clinical, operational and business teams to design, build and deploy end-to-end AI and data products, from problem framing through implementation and adoption. He also collaborates with universities to supervise research projects in healthcare analytics and AI.
Trained as a pharmacist, Adison began his career in frontline patient care before moving into clinical informatics, where he was part of the core project team implementing Singapore’s Next-Generation Electronic Medical Record across the NHG cluster, which serves 1.5 million residents.
A NUS MSc in Business Analytics alumnus, he brings perspectives on building technical depth, navigating career transitions, and working across multidisciplinary organisations to move technology from concept into real-world practice.
