The NUS Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) is a master's degree programme offered by the NUS Business Analytics Centre (BAC). It is designed and taught by award-winning academics from NUS Business School and NUS Computing. The master's degree programme aims to develop professionals with business analytics skills that will meet the growing demands of companies looking to improve their operations through data analytics.
Offered in Singapore for local and overseas students as a full-time (13 months) or part-time (2-year) programme, the NUS Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) programme is designed to facilitate experiential learning, through a balance of intellectual academic rigour and hands-on applications. Students who underwent the NUS Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) programme will be well-equipped with skills such as machine learning to excel in the data-analytics field across various industries such as finance, retail, information technology, supply chain, and healthcare.

Admission Requirements
Admission criteria for the NUS Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) programme include:
- An excellent Bachelor's degree with a good honours classification, preferably from Business, Economics, Computing, Mathematics, Engineering, Science of Statistics. If you do not have a degree in Business Analytics or in the aforementioned fields, you should have at least 2 years’ worth of relevant work experience in the industry.
- For overseas degree holders, we require a good quantitative GRE/GMAT score. GRE/GMAT will be exempted if you graduated from any of the four following universities in Singapore: NUS, SMU, NTU or SUTD.
- Strong foundation in Mathematics
All credentials will be weighted based on the quality of applicants applying for the NUS Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) programme each year, meaning that each component has no minimum cut-off.
$100 application fee applies.
Fees & Scholarship
Tuition Fees for the NUS Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) programme:
- NUS Alumni: S$55,250 (after 15% fee rebate)
- Singaporean and PR: S$58,500 (after 10% tuition rebate)
- International: S$65,000
Since AY2023/24, tuition fee rebates will be provided for this programme.
- All NUS alumni will receive a 15% fee rebate (S$55,250)
- All non-NUS alumni who are Singaporean and Singapore PRs will receive a 10% tuition fee rebate (S$58,500)
*Tuition fees are subject to 9% GST (Goods and Services) tax.
Upon acceptance to the programme, students are required to pay S$4,000 upfront. This is non-transferable and non-refundable.
